Dear Calvert USA,
Rec'd stairs today and just finished installation. Very impressive, first-rate quality. Finally puts an end to dragging out
the step ladder, hauling up to the second floor every time I need to get up into our attic. Operation of the stairs is a little
stiff, but that's to be expected.
Oddly, the 'pull down stick' included with the stairs is a 'square' profile, but the plastic 'hook' has a 'round' connection?????
Did you send the wrong stick?? This is the proverbial trying to put a "square rod into a round hole"???? Also, the stick has
an "L" shaped hook screwed into one end of it-- what's that for??? Could you please explain what I am to do.
Other than the 'stick' problem, everything else is super. I'm only sorry I didn't do this years ago!

Calvert USA, Inc: The square pull down rod has a metal hook already attached to it. The plastic hook is not used.
