Dear Calvert USA,
I just wanted to comment on how pleased I was with my recent order. I would have replied sooner except that I waited until
my time-off during the holidays to install the stairway. One, the order was processed, shipped and received "rocket fast".
I ordered it via the internet on a Monday night and it was at my door on Wednesday afternoon and that was with standard UPS
Ground! Great turnaround time regardless of the fact that it was in the midst of the Christmas rush! Two, it is a real QUALITY
product. Extremely well-crafted and engineered... right down to its protective packing material. The unit installed beautifully
and operates very well. The quality of the materials is outstanding.
I could go on and on but I'm sure that you already know that you have a great product and a customer service-oriented business
plan to compliment and support it. My only regret is that I have but one attic!

Dear Calvert USA, Inc.
I recently purchased the model 3021 attic stairs. The reframing of my trusses to accommodate the 30" wide opening was well
worth it. The ease of going up and down through the wide opening is wonderful. One important fact is that the quality of this
stair is very high and well designed. I'm comparing it with a small wooden stairs I installed 2 years ago from another manufacturer.
The light weight and high strength of the aluminum ladder makes it very easy to fold up as well as being very solid during
climbing even considering I have a 10' 4" ceiling height.
The stair closes flush to the ceiling with a spring loaded latch - very safe. With the metal railing the stair is extremely
solid to use. Thanks again for the great quality, engineering and usability. Now I have the sharpest garage ceiling stairs
in the neighborhood.

Hi,
We installed your model 3006 attic stairs recently and it's nice and sturdy (survived being used by some heavy guys who did
the roof with only a few small dents). However, the pulldown rod for the attic stairs that you guys ship is pretty cheesy/cheapy.
I'd like to suggest that you beef this up a little bit. For one thing, put a rubber handle on one end of it. For another,
put a rubber coating on the hook part of it. This has slipped a few times when I push the attic stairs shut and since it's
metal, it makes a scratch on your attic stairs cover. I've wrapped the hook w/ electrical tape as a workaround, but now it
looks even more cheesy ;-)
Thanks for listening. Great product, otherwise (though one small edge doesn't seal so you can see light through a side).

i installed in my customers garage was wonderfull and successful. I also managed to build out the celing to get it passed
