I never ever write to anyone, least of all to tell someone how I feel, however I have to thank you for your excellent
service. I ordered your wooden attic stairs because I needed a smaller opening, and within a day I got your product and it
was in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted without any grief. I could go to a local home As&#*@% , and they can’t
get a box from delivery to the aisle without missing parts or broken and twisted and of clearly less Quality!! Now if
I were to buy a regular sized stairs from you it would cost $ 160.00 and that is with the delivery charge. I would pay about
$150 at Home dopey, but it would be a sub standard product that I would have to buy because there the only game in town, Not
anymore I am going to buy any stairs from you from now on, and other building stores should take a lesson from you guys !

I'm very pleased with the quality I'm a builder/remodeler in
Connecticut and just purchased a set of your attic stairs for my own house (model 1043 compact wooden folding attic stairs).
I've used other stairs on my projects and always found their quality to be less than acceptable (and nothing I'd put
in my own house). I haven't installed yours yet since I just received them and quickly unpacked them to see what I got.
From what I can tell so far I'm very pleased with the quality and would like to push my local lumber yards.... to stock,
or at least be able to purchase these units for future jobs and other customers. I asked them if they'd ever heard of
Calvert and they replied no. Well, now they will get some good info on them from a way too picky contractor. Thanks, John, North Haven, CT
