Q: How long does it take to get the stairs?

A: Orders are shipped within two business days. See the map below, for an approximate number of business days it will take for your order to arrive from the day you have placed the order. Times are not guaranteed and your order may arrive sooner. Do not count the day you have placed the order.

A: Attic stairs are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, no signature is required. UPS will not call ahead or make an appointment. You don’t have to be present to receive your order. If you have instructions for the UPS driver, we will attach it to the box.

A: As a policy, we do not ship by air. We do not offer and will not expedite shipping even if a customer is willing to pay extra for it. No exemptions! All orders are shipped ASAP.

A: We only ship within the USA and Canada. If you are from Canada, just place your order, we’ll get back to you regarding the cost of shipping. If you would like to have an item shipped to other country, you have to locate an agent, Freight Forwarder, in the USA and will ship your order to their location in US. They will forward it to you.

A: We charge flat S/H charge for entire continental USA. The S/H charge is included in the price indicated. However, it will appear as a separate item on your invoice. The total will not change.

A: Depending on your location. The cost of shipping to eastern Canada is about same as within the USA. Western Canada can be double of the standard fee. Email a quote request, include complete ship to address.

UPS or FedEx will bill you for processing of the customs documents and duty. The cost is approximately $ 40.00 to $ 60.00 in Canadian dollars.

Suggestion, we can ship to UPS terminal or store near the border and you could pick it up from there. In that case S/H would be the standard charge and you may not have to pay UPS for processing of the custom documents.
