Wood frame construction, 3/4" x 4"
3/4" x 3-1/2" stringers and treads, wood hand rail
Mortised and glued treads to stringers joints form rigid stair sections
Polystyrene foam core insulated cover door panels, 1" or 1.5" thick
Rubber weather stripping sealing gasket
Smooth white paintable cover door with no bolts visible from below
Self locking latch keeps stairs cover securely closed
All metal parts are galvanized
Unique spring closing system ensures smooth operation and eliminates binding problems common with other attic stairs
Metal to metal stair section support hinges
Cut to length for ceiling height
Fully assembled
Pull down rod is included
